Terms of Service

Welcome to Vietop Dictation (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You may use the Service if you can form a binding agreement with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

Students sign in with a Google account. Staff accounts (admins, moderators) are provisioned by the platform owner or a center admin. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the Service.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful or infringing purposes.

4. Content

Exercises reference third-party videos (e.g., YouTube) that remain the property of their respective owners; they are embedded or linked for educational practice. Transcripts and exercise configurations are provided by center staff. We do not claim ownership of third-party video content.

5. Study programs

Programs are created by center staff and joined by students using a code. Access to a program may be changed or revoked by staff at any time.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On deletion, your personal data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Ownership & attribution

Vietop Dictation and its associated content, branding, and trademarks are the property of Vietop. The platform was designed and developed by D&A Softworks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by their respective owners.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
